There are a few kids in my life who love, above all else, CARS! Or more specifically, anything with wheels, or treads, or that can go fast. So for them and all the other kiddos who love cars: Welcome to Rubberdale!
Rubberdale is the home of 6 new Wanderly characters, each with their own vehicle:
Ash
A brave salamander firefighter who's always first on the scene in his trusty firetruck
Tatters and Scraps
Resourceful raccoon sisters who prove that one person's trash is another's treasure
Rory
The friendliest wombat you'll ever meet, tackling every obstacle with his bulldozer
Rose
A brilliant ferret mechanic and speedster who loves tinkering with her racecar
Lenny
A quiet and thoughtful chihuahua who observes everything from up high in his massive blue monster truck
Blossom
A hedgehog artist who sees the beauty in everything and has a secret love of winning
In our first Rubberdale story, your little reader can choose to be any of the 6 characters, and they get to pilot their racer through twists, turns, and choices. Will they take the straight and fast path? Will they take the shortcut or help the town? And, as with all Wanderly stories, if they don't like their choice, they can always go back and change their choice.
The Rubberdale Derby
It's that time of year again: The Rubberdale Derby! Six colorful characters zoom through meadows, forests, and hills in their unique vehicles. The adventure is full of surprises, friendship, and fun!
This is perfect for kids who love vehicles, racing, and adventure! The story combines the excitement of racing with meaningful choices about helping others versus winning at all costs.
